Hi! Newly-registered freelancer (writer) here. I have concerns on my ATP for my ORs. Here's what happened:
ATP is dated Oct. 11 Someone told me it's "valid for 60 days" but I think she misunderstood me, # of days sa renewal yata 'yon. Nagka-delay dahil nag-submit pa ako ng OR format sa employer, I was waiting for their acknowledgment yet late na sila nag-respond. Also school schedule so hindi ko kaagad na-pick-up. Still a student and pricey for me ang pagpapa-print ng booklets. While waiting, nagastos ko yung 3k due to an emergency so I saved up once again for it. Printer told me na late na and 30 days lang pala validity.
Question is, what's the process for acquiring ATP again, requirements, and how much ang penalty? P.S. No income pa.
It's really an honest mistake and na-overlook ko details ng ATP.
