Can I ve taxed if I work on industry while having business being used my TIN?

I have question po. Say I am a board member of the SEC in a company, and at the same time, I work in an industry.
Is it possible that I will be taxed higher? What if I didn't disclose to my employer na meron akong business?
Another thing is, ginamit lang yung TIN ko for compliance sa SEC nila. I don't receive any incentive or salary.
