Haven't received my ORUS OTP. Has anyone experienced the same thing? Help!

Hello! Just as the title says, I had tried to register to ORUS so I can register my books of account. All I need to do now is to check the verification link sent via email.
It's been an hour already and I still haven't gotten the OTP in my email. I also tried the resend option, but it says that I still have an active OTP link.
I couldn't do it manually at their office because they advised me to register via ORUS instead.
What will I do? 😔
