Question about "Short return period"

I registered as self-employed and got my 2303 only last Aug 2022. Now for the form 1710A, should I choose "yes" dun sa short return period field?
When I click yes, it gives the prompt: "Choosing 'YES' means you are filing for a short period return. You are required to change the Month field to correspond with your Last Return Period." Nacoconfuse ako kung anong ilalagay ko na month sa month field. Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks!
