Looking for loopholes - S corp

In my mission to (legally) pay as little tax as possible, I’m trying to look for loopholes.
My wife owns a business which is a S-corp.
Let’s say at the end of the year, the business has $23,000 in income.
Can I give 10% of the company to each of our two children, so they each get $2300 in unearned income and avoid the tax?
