Post Body

Hello everyone! I’ve got a questions about irrevocable living trusts and for some reason haven’t been able to find the answer. My mother has an irrevocable living trust am that I am a trustee on I believe? Not sure if I’m using the right term to be honest. Anyway, it just ensures that if my mothers gets dementia or anything like that I can prevent her from selling her place to a television pastor and things like that. She has said that I need to fill out some form on my taxes because of this. Is this true? Also what form do I need? I literally can’t seem to get google to get me the info I need. Any help would be great!
