1095-a??

Literally am so confused. Called IRS, they said I needed a 1095-a for either me or one of my dependents on my return. I never paid or had a marketplace account? I have a 1095-b and C from my employer. Is that okay too? Or they need specifically a 1095-a? I don’t understand. And I have no way to get one because I never had a Marketplace premium. Neither did the dependents on my return. ( my niece and mother )
