[Minnesota] Can I retroactively file my Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP)?

Post Body

Full Disclosure: I'm an idiot.

So 2015 was my first year filing my taxes myself, and made mistake of using TaxAct (or similar service) instead of going through H&R Block. I got my state & federal taxes filed, but didn't realize I had to physically mail my CRP to get the return.

I had been trying to figure out since September 2015 why my rent return (just over 1k) hadn't ever come in, and found out a couple days ago that I was supposed to mail it in myself.

Is there any way to retroactively file my CRP so I can get that money, or am I totally screwed?
