Looking For Tax Advice for my Tax Preparer

My Finance and I still never got our tax return back. We filed our taxes back in February. We decided to go with a new tax preparer this year because said preparer was supposed to get the most money back. It’s been a nightmare, I’ve only communicated with her 3 times since I filed in February. The last time I reached out to her she yelled at me for bothering her. That was back in July. I’ve recently reached out in October and nothing. She never gets back. I’m thinking about getting my lawyer involved. Any advice? Thoughts????
