I owe the IRS a bunch of money and have no way of paying. What do I do

Hi! So I just found out I owe the IRS like $3,000 and I have no way to pay it as I am a full time unemployed caregiver for my Dad. Does anyone know if they have a debt forgiveness program or something like that? The bill is from last year but I honestly forgot as things have gotten insane here. I'm currently panicking trying to figure this out because the letter threatens all these scary things, and I really don't want them to take the very few assets I do have (including my parent's house). If I could pay I would. I just don't have the money. Any ideas here?

By the way, this is in no way me asking for donations. Just me asking for advice.
