Hello I own a small (like I'm the only employee) handyman service and last November I bought a 2014 Mustang so my wife could run errands for the company (pick up small parts, drop things off, and let my wife have some fun. (It was cheaper than her firing up the F-350 6.7). I thought we could deduct a portion of the 25k, though not the entire amount as she used it about 50 / 50 person / business. When I gave my accountant the paperwork he said we can't use any of it as we didn't have any lettering or business logos on it. 2 questions: 1) Can we use this car purchase as a partial deduction ? 2) If so, how exactly, like what form do I use and send where?
