How do I file Federal Taxes if I have a Single Member LLC, as well as an everyday 9-5 job and collect a W-2?

Post Body
This year, my wife and I started a single member LLC, and I also work a regular 9-5 job in the tech industry. How do I file taxes for the LLC? Do I put the revenue and expenses on our personal income tax forms, or do we file the LLC separately? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
