Can I claim my pet as an expense?

Honest question here, my wife has a pet boarding business out of our home. She gets a 1099 at the end of the year, we don’t anticipate to make more than $6K. We have a Dobberman, who is a tremendous help with other dogs as she basically shows them how to use the doggie doors and wears them off so they don’t ruin everything in the house. we spent money on her training and camps.
How can I proof she is a working dog so we can deduct all expense se related to our dog?
