Post Body
My dad recently died in Arizona and my sister told me he hasn't filed taxes in a few years. Is there any way I can check the exact years he hasn't filed and as a personal representative of the estate am I responsible for filing the previous years and if so how do I go about doing that without getting lawyers involved?
Is the IRS gonna fuck us or are they pretty lenient in this situation?
I'm sure this is relevant but he was employed full time while not filing taxes.
