Advice For First Tattoo

Hi everyone. Iām looking to get something similar to this tattoo shown in the image. The backstory is that my grandmother recently passed and I want to get this done in remembrance of her as she was a big fan of birds. My only concern is that I wanted to get advice from someone to see if this was in anyway an offensive tattoo? I wanted to make sure to do my research beforehand. Also is this a good placement for something like this? Any help would be appreciated.
