Should I take my second skin off?

Hi there!! I got my first tattoo about three days ago! So I’m a little new to all the healing stuff. My artist gave me all the info and everything for it, but I’m just wondering if you all have any experience with this? So, the ink sacks have all kind of dried down and are starting to look crackle-y? Does that mean I should take the second skin off or just leave it on until it starts to peel or water gets into it? I’ll attach a photo, but, if you have any answers or overall advice, that would be very appreciated :)
