Hi,

Is it that unreasonable to ask for a full arm tattoo for a first tattoo?

I'm not really interested in something small or images of things. I eventually want most of my body covered in black work like the pictures I included.

An artist said I should get something smaller but if my goal is to have my whole body (or most of it) to be mostly black work, can't I just start with a whole limb?

Attached are some ideas I like. I really like the style of the first picture, but want it all over like the second and third picture.
