My brother wants to give me a free tat, I’m only looking to get the blink 182 smiley tat. Is it a waste?

Basically my brother is a super talented artist, he’s pretty known on IG and is always booked up for 5-6 months in advance. He said he’ll tattoo me for free.
The thing is it feels like a waste to only get the blink smiley tattoo when he could draw something insane for me.
Any ideas of what I can get without going to overboard? It’s my first tattoo.
