Just took saniderm off, not sure if this is a rash or skin tear

Just took my saniderm off in the shower after noticing all these red bumps and blisters around my tattoo. I've never had this problem while using saniderm before. Was wondering if anyone had any advice as to how to treat this so it won't mess up my new tattoo. Thank you
