Is there any way to fix the spacing?

So I got this tattoo back in May of 2021. I really like it but Iām concerned that the āuā and ānā in unit are too close (see pic 2) together and making it difficult to read. Is there any way to fix it? Maybe add a line of white in between? Thanks.
