Really unhappy with this lettering. Not what the artist stenciled at all. Is this fixable!?

Honestly I’m super depressed by this.
Gin Blossoms is my favorite band and I’m meeting them in two weeks for my birthday. I was so excited to show them this and now I’m just embarrassed. I don’t even want to go, and I’m wishing I never got the tattoo in the first place. Other than burning it off or completely covering it up, is there anything simple I can do to just fix the lettering?
