Looking for someone to build me a small boat trailer like the one pictured.

I’ve been on the hunt for a small trailer for a 3.3m inflatable dinghy on the second hand market for the better part of a year and nothing suitable has come up.
Can anyone recommend someone, preferably in the south that could fabricate one for me? Or if you happen to have one to sell let me know!
