Just curious as to what the interior of the terminal looked like in the time period above vs now. I heard it used to look like a tin shed. Thanks.
Departures was like a normal small town terminal, they used to have international flights between South Island of NZ and Hobart for a whole. Baggage claim was a tin shed addition to the terminal and they would drive the baggage carts into it and you would get your bags off the cart if I remember correctly
No, I left Tassie in 2006 and have only been back a few times since and never flew international from Hobart.

I think there was only 2 departure lounges? Like half the size it is now. It was such a long time ago, there was one for ansett and Qantas?
