A Task That Unlinks Ringer & Notification Volume.

I have a Poco X3 (Surya) on Android 13, usually on custom ROMs the notification & ringer volumes are separate, however since the new A13 ROM is based on pixel, both of them are combined.
The issue is that the notification volume is just way too loud and If I use a task to lower the notification volume then it lowers the ringer volume as well.
I would like to know, how can I create a profile that If I receive any notification, then the volume would be 3/7 but once it is done it goes back to 5/7?
