Turn GPS On/Off when navigation apps Open/Close

So I noticed that Google keeps asking for my location and obviously I don't want that, nor can I turn it off for some reason.
I only need the usege of GPS only on 2 apps, Waze and Google Maps.
I want to create a profile in which if I open either Google maps or waze then it turns GPS on and sets it to high accuracy.
When the apps close then the GPS turns off completely.
How do I go about doing that?
