Making front LED's flash different colors when google play music is playing music

I can get a front LED to flash when the google play app is open (but only when my screen is off and only 1 color). I would like help figuring out if it is possible to have the LEDs switch between colors rapidly; like 200ms blue, 200ms green, etc, then loop. And also would be nice if they would show when the screen is on and off. Using new non explodey note 7. thanks
