Auto voice Question

I was wondering if it's possible to have Auto voice talk for me to activate google home routines.
"For instance, my alarm system, it needs me to ask Google to talk to alarm.com. From there i tell Alarm.com to arm stay."
Is there a way, auto voice can do the talking for me? If i fall asleep before setting my alarm, can i have tasker trigger at midnight to tell my Google home the phrase above?
