I’ve heard from my friends who read the Tarot that when you read for someone you need to set a time because otherwise you will end up going and going and going until things stop making sense.

Well, that happened to me yesterday.

I started reading for my sister in law and after a few minutes I felt it was enough and she was satisfied but I asked “do you want to ask something else?” So we kept going and at some point the cards were just not making sense for me and she wasn’t relating with what I was saying. I had to close that spread and start another, more simple one and “bad news” started to come out for her.

At the end I was super tired and just wished I would stop when I felt like it, that way she’d go home a bit more hopeful. But well... it happened like it happened, now I know I should put a timer or stop whenever I feel it’s enough.
