Hey r/tarot. Thanks in advance for any help :)

Spread: 5 card spread (card postions are labeled)

Question: Should I take the option to move back home to Phoenix for work? (same position /company as currently, just different location)

Background: Tl;dr version is that I am likely to get offered to opportunity to move to our Phoenix office, from Nashville, due to my counterpart in Phoenix leaving the department. I've been in Nashville for almost 10 years, but now that I work where I do, I get the opportunity to visit Phoenix on occasion, which is where I'm from originally. If my company decides it's a good business decision to move me instead of hiring someone else out there, I'm wondering if I should take it. I love going out to Phoenix as it feels like home to me.

My interpretation: Sooo...I'm going to go with an overall no from this spread. I think that what it's telling me is that I have unrealistic expectations of what moving to Phoenix would do for me. I feel like the past/preset/future line shows that I left Phoenix for a reason - a new adventure, a change of pace, getting away from the negative things I experienced there. I'm feeling restless in my life right now with Nashville not feeling like home because I can't let go of the idea of Phoenix being my home, and that if I don't learn to move on and let go, I'm likely to end up feeling stagnant and unhappy or like my life /job isn't secure.

Following the question to potential line....again unrealistic expectations. I think that I'm feeling restless right now, and I have put this illusion together that moving back to Phoenix would somehow solve all of that. But I'd be potentially undermining myself by taking the opportunity. I'm also afraid that the potential placement points to a future conflict with the other trainer in Phoenix. Perhaps he'd be unhappy working with me and would end up attempting to make me look bad?

Honestly that's what I get from the spread - which was a little shocking because I was leaning towards taking it...but now it's got me thinking about it harder.

Side note : I did have a card jump out of me while shuffling, the 2 of wands. I took that to mean that I'm on the cusp of a change, but need to be cautious about making rash decisions. After seeing the full spread, it makes more sense why it jumped at me.

Anyway, am I completely mistaken in reading this spread? I feel pretty connected to my deck so I don't see it leading me astray but I want to be sure I'm understanding it's answer.
