To be most helpful for our querent, how do we ensure we’re reading for their outcome and not just reading for their current state?
I’ve read Tarot for decades, and one thing has always confounded me: when they’re way OFF.
My wildest example of this was when I unexpectedly found myself at a psychic fair, selected a reader and asked about the man I’d just started seeing; he was quite devoted to me, but I saw him as just a fun date. In the little notebook where I’d made notes, what the psychic said is: “I don’t see it going anywhere.”
That guy became my longtime husband (now passed).
What I suspect is that most readers are intuitive, and they’re picking up on what the querent is feeling at the moment — not necessarily predicting the future.
This happened to me this week with a date. I felt really good about it, and the cards came up 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Had the first date, and let’s just say he and I were looking for very different things — me long-term, him very short term.
I’d love to hear others’ experiences of this! I want to be truly helpful beyond holding up a mirror to them. Blessings to all!
