Point, the first

1) a lot of people hack, and the admins don't notice it!

Our moderators are not online 24/7, and that is also something I do not expect from them. They are people, and people are not omniscient. Contrary to a sad sentiment I've heard on the server many times, we do not absolutely watch everything that everyone does. With that said, we do everything we can to provide Tarnation with the service it deserves: fun and fair play for all.

Second point

2) everybody is getting banned or threatened to get muted.

If that were true, I feel that your first point would be moot. So, let us, for the sake of discussion, assume that the first point doesn't exist and the second one is true. Not everyone on Tarnation is getting banned, because not everyone is breaking the rules. I say breaking the rules and it sound authoritarian, so let me explain what I mean and why we do the things we do. Like I said earlier in the non-existent point, we try to provide Tarnation with fun and fair play. This includes, but is not limited to: stopping actions that would otherwise provide a player with unfair advantage, and muting players who spout harmful nonsense. Absolutely everyone is given equal treatment on Tarnation, except obvious spammers.

We do not make rules so that players will break them and we will get to punish them. We are not authoritarian rules who enjoy punishment. We punish people because we have to in order to keep the server the way it is.

3) it's way to easy surviving!

I don't know what to say, maybe you're just good!

Most of what I can say about the fun in a Minecraft is this: You get out of it that which you put into it. Minecraft is first and foremost a sandbox game. There are elements of adventure here and there, but it is nowhere near as full fledged as any other game devoted to adventure. Therefore, we have plugins and a fantastic player base to help with the adventure aspect of the game.

I'm not surprised if I will get banned if I leave my name! Or if you remove my post!

You're not getting banned for voicing an opinion, whether on reddit or on Tarnation. What some people don't understand is rule #2: Don't be a dick. They then lash out irrationally and eventually end up being warned once, twice, three times a lady.

At least give us a reason why people get banned!

I know exactly who you are talking about, and we're not backing down from the punishment, nor are we revisiting the situation. As I, and the rest of the admins, have beaten this hest to death, quit bringing it up. We are tired of answering the same question about this situation over and over. This is why it was my decision to mute people if they kept asking about it: it will not bring you closure, and it is not healthy for the server to have to hear about a closed matter repeatedly.
