• Disabled the following mods: Blacksmith(NPC), Builder(NPC), CitiTrader(NPC), Citizens, FirstJoinPlus, LogBlock, Quests. (All mods will be re-enabled once updated in the future.)

LotteryPlus:

* Added 1kL: Ticket/Cost: $100 (Buy up to 3 tickets) - Pot: $1,000 - Repeat: Once a day - Ticket money is NOT added to the pot - Must have between 5-50 players for lottery to take place. * Added 5kL: Ticket/Cost: $1,000 (Buy up to 5 tickets) - Pot: $5,000 - Repeat: Once a week - Ticket money is NOT added to the pot - Must have between 10-50 players for lottery to take place.

Towny

• While disabling the above mods, we seem to have fixed the mobs spawning in towns. Towns should now be mob free again, unless otherwise set.
