Jobs:

Added enchanting other tools to the Enchanter class.
Added exp/$ for killing any class in PvP (including the Builder and the Chef)
Changed values for Blacksmith to fit an exp/material model.
Changed values for Fisherman class.
Added items to the Builder class. Type /jobs info builder for more information on this brand new class!
Changed Builder name color in chat from DARK_BLUE to DARK_GREEN.
Added the Chef class. Type /jobs info chef for more information on this brand new class!
