Well... I wasn't going to get any more Ts for a bit but when I went to pick up feeders I checked out the invert section and saw there was a tiny C versicolor sling in a stuffy ass deli cup. It was obvious the enclosure was stagnant as hell and only provided a bit of substrate and a single stick plus poor ventilation. The lil guy was cooped up in a little web at the top of the stick/lid. From what I've researched on this species I figured it wouldn't have a great chance in those conditions. It's abdomen is also pretty small and there was a moldy molt in the enclosure. So yeeeahhh I ended up bringing it home with me. I hope the enclosure I set up is sufficient. When it's a juvenile I'm gonna get it a nice exo terra or tarantula crib arboreal enclosure but I settled on another well-ventilated deli cup for now. I put a ring of holes right above substrate level and another one higher up. And also a ring on the lid. (I added another inner one after the pic I took) I included pics of the new enclosure I hope it will work out well because I hear these beauties are delicate. I gave it decent initial misting so it could access water on the walls/ keep me from having to disturb it again too soon (it's been dry here) but will monitor how it's evaporating and pull out the moss if needed etc. I also dropped in a few red runner nymphs since it looks so thin. If it has trouble finding them I will disable/drop them in its web once it makes one. I couldn't get great pics of the sling itself and don't want to disturb it any further but it's a stunning blue little beauty just like everyone says! If I snag some later I'll comment em.
