Pink toe with bad foot?

I was given this pink toe recently. It was/is housed in a critter keeper with coconut substrate and a single piece of bark. (Don’t worry, I’m working on the enclosure lol) Tonight after she (he?) ate and made her way up the wall of the enclosure I noticed a bald spot of sorts on her leg. It’s not just a bald spot, but it looks thin and her paw is smaller than the others as well. Any ideas what this is? A bad molt maybe? Any advice?
