Hi, i'm attempting to complete a transaction with tmall right now using alipay's overseas card option. I have entered my payment information and billing address countless times.

I have contacted my bank about this issue and they have told me to contact the merchant. the payment continues to be declined, due to "incorrect address" as my bank let me know. I have entered my address exactly how it is represented for my card, and have tried both the 5 and 9 digit zip codes for my area. the package is currently sitting in the consolidation warehouse, and I'm unable to make my payment go through for shipping. Does anyone know what steps I can take to make this work, as I know my address is being entered correctly and my info is correct. (I also could not find an English support number for alipay to speak with them, so if anyone has that also it may be a great help.)
