I write primarily from a secular and scientific point of view, but people who take a more spiritual approach to tantric sex are certainly welcome and many have written to me to say that they appreciate having the site available to provide answers to practical problems.

The website is very couple-centric, for the fairly obvious reason that it's hard to learn how to have great sex when you don't have a partner to practice with! (The only big exception is a section that can help men learn to become multi-orgasmic, which is easier to do while single.)
