So, I am a man and have recently found out that I can have quite intense (dry) orgasms from massaging my own neck and/or spine, basically being in a constant state of ecstasy. Some time ago I started practicing mindfulness, meditation as well as incorporating a lot of tantric concepts into my sex life, which opened this door for me. It basically just means that I get into a kind of meditative state where I can fully let go and lose any inhibitions. Now, completely relaxing my body (f.ex during a massage) equals me getting loads of orgasms.

I believe it goes without saying that I will probably never have another professional massage in my life, for obvious reasons, but I guess this is the price I had to pay for having this "superpower".

I just wanted to know if within tantra this is something you've come across, i.e men/women who are so sensitive that even a regular back massage can bring them into a state of pure orgasmic ecstasy? It just feels strange that I can have life-altering orgasms by just putting pressure on some muscles and nerve bundles on my back.
