Hello Reddit ! First time posting and let me say I love this sub Reddit the information you guys post is amazing !
I have several questions that perhaps someone more experienced can help with. I have been doing kegals strengthening my PC muscles as well as reverse kegels. And I also practice edging myself every time I masturbate however I have yet to have a non ejaculatory orgasm at least I don’t think I have…
A few things I have noticed … most information I have read says that as you near the point of no return you should do one hard tight kegel but I noticed that if I do kegels while masturbating it only gets me closer to the feeling of ejaculating and if I do the kegel at that point of no return I usually just end up ejaculating anyways. What I typically do at the point of no return is I stop stroking and do a reverse kegel and that usually makes the feeling go away. I have also practiced doing a reverse kegel during sex if I get too close during sex I will pull out do a reverse kegel and let the feeling subside a bit.
As far as not having a non ejaculatory orgasm one thing I have noticed is sometimes while masturbating if I stop stroking just shy of the point of no return my pelvis and core will start shaking and I will have waves and contractions go through my body similar to an orgasm but much less intense and my body will start shaking and my breathing will increase.
My question is where do I go from here ? Am I doing one of the techniques wrong ? My eventual goal is to have non ejaculatory orgasms while masturbating and eventually during sex and not have the need to ejaculate as often.
