Should Tantra include a Yoni and Lingam massage with orgasm?

I've been learning Tantra for over 6 years.. and I've had 2 different female coach in the past four years.
I only work with one now [Me 66m. She's 39.] During the 2.5 hr session, we work on each other and we're both completely naked.
Only once has she ever taken me to orgasm, but then I did that for her on 3 other occasions.
After several hours of naked Tantra massage, It's an incredible feeling at the end, but a Lingam massage leaves a deep feeling of frustration without orgasm. Is that normal?
