The follow up question, what was your experience like? Especially your internal spiritual l experience?

My longest session was about 45 minutes without breaking eye contact, and synching up the rhythm of our breath. I’m male, it was with my female partner during college. By the end of the session, I was full on hallucinating, colors shifting features in my partner, etc. It felt as powerful as a mushroom trip, with feelings of being flooded with love.

While I was only with that partner for 4 months, it was the most powerful and transformative period of my life. It served as a catalyst toward my own spiritual awakening. A pathway which I am still on 13 years later.
