Sorry in advance, I know there's one of these posts damn near every day, but hi there!

My fiance and I are in our late 20s and just moved down a few weeks ago from the Carolinas to be closer to my family. Now that we're starting to get more settled in, we're ready to start thinking about making some friends!

Back in our old town we had a pretty decent Discord community and made several solid friendships through the server. I've been a moderator over there for a few years and even dabble in Discord bot development. I tried to join a couple that I was able to find for the Tampa area but they seemed to be either completely abandoned or poorly managed. I tried to give one of them a shot until it became just one member constantly pinging vulgar images to everyone.

Anyways, here I am offering a new discord server! It's brand spanking new so it might take some time to really get something going, but join along for the journey and we could get something really cool going on. If our old town was able to support a server, the Tampa area definitely has enough people to have a GREAT community! Plenty of different channels for whatever you might want to chat about. After some time getting to know everyone virtually it'd be awesome to get some public meetups going. Fully open to ideas/suggestions!
