To preface this, I was able to do it with minimal damage, but not zero. There WILL be some plastic bent in the process, so DO NOT attempt this if you want yours to remain absolutely unblemished or in perfect resale condition. That said, I bought my green Magic to use, not to ever sell. So I don't mind a slight imperfection. The plastic was only slightly bent, and I was able to push it back into place and smooth it out, but it is still discolored and slightly lighter looking than the other plastic around it due to having been bent a little. But the blemishes are easily covered by the case, so it won't trigger my OCD too terribly. Faceplate still feels rock solid, not loose, so all is good there. Just the cosmetic blemishes to the plastic rim. I followed PandaBunny's guide on youtube for this.
