I picked up a small magnetic pouch called the Running Buddy Magnetic Buddy Pouch Mini, and it is the perfect size for the Sumikko Friend! Attached to the waist with a magnetic flap, no need for a belt. It can be worn with basically any kind of pants, be it sweatpants, yoga pants or leggings, or pajama bottoms! Has a weather resistant material so should give some moderate protection against anything but an absolute downpour, and is very easy to put on and take off on the go! I will put a link in the comments below!
