Hey all! (No idea how to add my height to come below my name) I'm 6ft7 currently sat at about 350lb.
I struggle to work out as my back has never been the best!
Was wondering if anyone has any advice on working out? Or exercises to help strengthen my back?
I know 350lb sounds a bit more than chubby but I think I hold it well!
(Edit! Just wanted to say thank you so much for everyone being so kind and generous with info and stories!
I'm definitely going to add some of all your ideas into my lifestyle and hopefully in a year or 2 I'll edit again and give an update!)
I'm also curios how you add your height to your name
