Yes, this is how the call started.

I logged into the machine remotely and she was editing a Contact in Outlook telling me that she can't send an email because it was asking for all this information like a phone number and all.

Me: You're not sending an email, you're editing a contact.

Her: Well I didn't do that, the computer must have done it.

Me: (Saved and closed the contact and brings up the email she already has started) Ok, what is the issue with the email?

Her: It won't let me send, when I try I get an error.

Me: You can't send an email to a wesbite (YES, she had an entire website address in the CC field.)

Her: So you're telling me if I just remove that it will just work?

Me: Yeah, that's the problem, so if you fix it, the email will send.

Her: ummmmmm, if you say so.

She then removed the CC field and it sent.

Why call me if you aren't going to believe me. And how the hell can you use email every single day for years and think you can magically send it to a website out of nowhere?
