I help to moderate a forum that is used by my extended family. I recently received this message:
her: JUST GOT THE NEW CLEAR MODEM>>WONT LET ME POST SMALL LETTERS or use puncs...oops there it goes,what's up with that??????AAAARRRRHHHHHSEE GOES BACK AND FORTH>>>HELP MATT
me: I don't think that would have anything to do with your modem. Sounds more like the shift key is getting stuck down on your keyboard.
her: I don't think that's it,however I did drop the computer a few days ago
