That says the link will only work once; you need to request a new link to read the message. look through outlook to find original email and click to generate new secure message See, here. click and receive confirmation new email was generated with link to view secure message We just need to wait for the message to come in to your email.

U: After 10 seconds I think you broke the message. It's not coming through. It always comes through quickly.

Me: Sometimes it takes a few minutes. The sender could be experiencing server issues. We just need to wait a few minutes; I know you're busy.

U: No, it's broken. The message usually comes through quickly. Why is it not working.....Outlook notification appears with new message Oh, there it is.

I click in the user's Outlook and click the link to open the secure message on the web and then go back to the user's Outlook and delete the burn after reading email.

U: NO! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!? YOU'RE DELETING MY EMAIL! I NEED THAT!

Me: No, I'm not, actually. I am deleting the email that says very clearly "DELETE AFTER CLICKING THIS LINK AS IT WILL ONLY WORK ONCE" and I've already loaded the message in your Internet Explorer, I click back to IE to show her it's loaded
