Quick summary for those who don't know me...I do Level 2ish Support for a mid-sized ad agency. We have an inbound distro for helpdesk issues as well as a hotline extension.
Today, we had Derpy McDerpington call up and say that he couldn't access a staging server with his normal AD creds. Usually, this would raise some flags, but in this case, there was a massive PEBKAC in that the user had received specific credentials to access the server.
The kicker is, Derpy forwarded the email he received from his handler WITH the credentials needed to access and claimed ignorance..."I didn't know I needed to use THOSE credentials. Maybe someone should have told me."
