So I took a screenshot of an email and attached it to an email so you can read my email while you're reading my email.
Instead of just forwarding the email to me, a user takes a screen shot of a partial email message window (an Exchange error message kickback email) and then attaches it to an email.
I asked them to forward the original; they of course deleted it because "I sent that picture so you could see the error"
Me: I can't see the actual error because it is only a partial picture of the email so the diagnostic information is not there.
User: Just scroll down to see the rest.
Dumb followed up by stupid.
